Struggling with faces. Reading through Loomis' Drawing The Head And Hands again and shining lamps on my face.

Still life

A more complicated still life this time, artificial light. About 3 hours. Also, fuck crystal glass!

Friday's studies

Teapot still life on a yellow fluorescent jacket. I couldn't pick colours bright enough to represent the highlights on it, it was also pretty difficult because it was right in front of my monitor and the yellow was reflecting on it.

This was a tough one, my eyes ache! I'll probably come and look at it tomorrow and realise all the colours are wrong.
